1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WalletApp ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or in-app notification.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where such services are prohibited by law.
3. Account Registration and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You may not share your account with any third party.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. KYC and Identity Verification
To access full platform features, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5. Wallet and Transactions
- All deposits and withdrawals are subject to review and approval.
- Transaction limits apply based on your KYC verification status.
- We reserve the right to delay, freeze, or reverse transactions suspected of fraud or AML violations.
- Transaction fees, if applicable, will be disclosed prior to confirmation.
- All balances are held in trust and are not investment products.
6. Referral Program
- The referral program is subject to change or termination at any time.
- Self-referrals, fraudulent referrals, or abuse of the referral system will result in disqualification and account suspension.
- Commission rates and terms are as published on the Platform and may change with notice.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platform for:
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal financial activity.
- Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation.
- Circumventing transaction limits or KYC requirements.
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalletApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
